About New Health Sciences, Inc.
New Health Sciences is commercializing two families of strategically linked technologies. The first is a family
of hemodynamics technologies consisting of WebTCD™, a workflow and data management system to improve the clinical and
economic impact of transcranial Doppler ultrasound, and Dynamic Vascular Analysis (DVA™), a diagnostic and disease management
technology and an extension of the capabilities of WebTCD™. The second family, Hemanext, is a novel technology to deliver
red blood cells of higher efficacy for transfusion therapy, and at the same time, extend the shelf life of refrigerated red
blood cells. NHSi has funded development of the Hemanext technology through a series of NIH SBIR grants.
In addition to the full-time scientists, engineers and technology specialists described in the About Us section of this
website, company contracts with dozens of additional part-time scientists, engineers, and IT specialists who are engaged in
the development and commercialization of the Hemodynamic and Hemanext technologies.
